Full time position, immediately available.

This is a senior management position reporting directly to the President and owner. Candidate must have experience in process control, control engineering, preferably with an EE degree, and be familiarity with Rockwell Automation products and software. Position entails sales presentations to distributors and end users, estimating of control projects and electrical control panels, proposal writing, and sales follow-up. Minor travel.

Excellent communication and people skills, computer knowledge, typing, drawing capabilities and a strong analytical ability are required. Previous experience as a control engineer with PLC ladder logic experience would be useful, but is not essential. Sales experience selling technical or engineering products or software would be useful.

This position qualifies for a yearly performance bonus, medical and dental benefits, 401K participation, initial two weeks vacation, sick leave, and our complete benefit package. Salary commensurate with experience. Salary reviews after six months and after one year, then annually.
