Our automated
MetFloc wastewater treatment process will separate emulsified oils,
suspended and dissolved solids, and remove heavy metals
such as zinc, copper, silver, iron and lead in a single
pass. In some
cases, the encapsulated contaminants will be a
non-hazardous sludge cake.
Wastech Engineering works
with premier chemical suppliers, such as Nalco
Chemical, to provide the appropriate chemical
for each application. We use over 15 different blends
and products (from polymers to Bentonite clay), so that we
can treat almost every industrial application. Our
mechanical systems range from small manual packages and
semi-automatic batch systems to large, continuous flow
treatment systems from 5 to 300 gpm.
