Wastech engineers have designed a solution that provides the customer with a repeatable process. These are difficult liquids combined with a nasty powder, resulting in a viscous liquid that defies normal handling. All the ingredients are hazardous.

With Wastech, the customer has a solution that eliminates handling issues and insures precise mixing every time. The PLC and simple display count down pulses and show status of all components. The mixer has a variable VFD drive. The powder hopper has an automatic feed auger and a mechanical powder agitator, which are both speed-controlled. The filling system is custom designed for the customer.
